Hilton Honors Reactivation Email Campaign
Led the creative development of a targeted email campaign from concept to completion, supporting two special offers aimed at reactivating lapsed Hilton Honors members. The objective was to drive bookings, improve return stayer rates, and boost revenue by engaging key member segments through tailored messaging. Members who engaged with the initial round of emails were eligible to receive an added dining offer, providing further incentive to book and deepening the value of their Hilton Honors membership..
