The goal was to drive bookings, increase return stays, and boost revenue through tailored messaging. Engaged members received an additional dining offer to further incentivize booking and enhance membership value. The campaign aligned with a limited-time promotional sale from Hilton offering up to 20–25% off at participating properties, leveraging urgency and exclusive perks to re-engage inactive members and drive advance bookings.
