In 2025, Hilton Honors introduced Diamond Reserve, a new top-tier elite status with enhanced benefits including confirmable upgrades, guaranteed late checkout, and dedicated support. The program also lowered qualification requirements for Gold and Diamond status, making elite perks more accessible. The challenge was crafting text-heavy emails that maintained a clean editorial feel while clearly communicating the program changes across multiple member segments.
