Reward Emails
Faced with a non-responsive email system and limited flexibility for content updates, I partnered with developers to build a modular, responsive email design system for retail marketing. This "kit of parts" empowered the Marketing team to adjust in-market dates and personalize rewards based on customer shopping behavior. I collaborated closely with the Art Director to develop image assets, designed multiple wireframes to guide development, and created detailed usage guidelines. The final system was delivered to the development team for implementation across segmented customer campaigns.
